Community Guidlines

Welcome to S34! These guidelines help our tight-knit reformer community move, learn, and grow with kindness, intention, and good vibes.

Booking & Check-In

  • Be sure your class reservation is confirmed before arriving.

  • Please check in at reception when you arrive so we know you’re here.

First Timers

  • If it’s your first class, arrive 10 minutes early to grab grip socks (if you need them from the studio, we sell some at the front desk!), meet your coach, and get familiar with your reformer.

  • We’re a phone-free space during class. Phones off, energy in the room.

Come Prepared

  • Bring grip socks, a water bottle, and a towel (optional) to every session. Even though you don't have grip socks, regular socks are mandatory to maintain the cleanliness of the space for everyone.

  • Keep personal belongings in the cubbies so the studio feels clear and calm for everyone.

Arrival & Punctuality

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts.

  • Because we’re only 8 reformers, latecomers may not be able to join, this keeps class flow smooth and respects everyone’s experience. Entry is restricted 5 minutes after class has begun.

Cancellation Policy

  • If plans change, cancel your spot before 12 hours of starting time, so another community member can enjoy it.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your credits. Please go through the terms and conditions sent to you upon purchasing the package.

Respectful Space

  • S34 is a welcoming, inclusive community where everyone is treated with kindness and respect, regardless of experience level, identity, body shape, body type or background.

  • Listen with attention, move with intention, and support each other, a smile or nod goes a long way.

  • Please follow your coach’s directions and avoid distracting conversations during class.

Studio Etiquette

  • Treat the reformers and props with care, and wipe down your machine after class.

  • Keep noise respectful and scents light.

  • Let’s lift each other up rather than compare ourselves or comment on others’ bodies or abilities.

Your Body, Your Practice

  • If you have injuries, limitations, or anything your coach should know, please tell them before class so they can offer the best options for you.

  • Move at your own pace, we’re here to guide, not pressure.

Community Vibes

  • Love your class? Spread the good word! Leave a review, bring a friend to an event, or share your journey online — we’re always happier when the community grows with intention and joy.
